I wished I could remember but about 25 years ago Bob came up with a system I have never seen again. We were doing core walls for the then Hamilton oil building downtown denver. He designed a gate on top (several) and all the crew had to do is close a valve. We never shut the pump off till done, was that sweet. The things one sees.

As big as this site is we had no way of setting up a boom, the street was too narrow for the boom to make it in and we had alot of over head power lines this system worked out fine.

Manny,  I would love to see the mid-line gates sounds like a good idea.

I have to tell you that was the slikest thing I ever saw. They had the gates mounted to the forms and spaced correctly.I seem to remember Bob and Les getting into it,it will never work.Of course Bob won and so did the job.
