I would be asking such things as crushed/river rock,actual mix design,grout used.Just because it's a 5,000 mix doesn't mean it's a pumpable mix.Only pushing 200' sends out red flags all over.

Do they have a knowledgable quality control person?.One that knows mixes and pumps. It is a long push but many of us here can and have done it.

There is only one company who can supply the proper mix and QC and that company would be ---ese.Any of the others are questionable with lack of good QC.--ck might do the job but iffy.Further down the river L-----ge will defintly do the trick.

i did 650 ft with 5 inch off the back with a 5000 psi  mix with super p and silica fume with inch and a half limestone with an 07 38 meter with a 20 cell at a 7 to 8 inch slump and i was pushing 280 to 325 bar and was stroking as slow as i could witch was about 50 yards an hour.i would not have wanted any more line than that. did 500 yrds with no problems. i used 3 yrds of grout to prime with.

How about quantities? How many pounds of rock? Is the rock crushed or round? How many pounds of sand? Is it manufactured sand or river sand? How much cement and fly ash? Are there any chemicals like VMA?

He is right, you should have gotten alot farther than 200'! Sounds like you have some problems with the mix. That pump should be able to handle that push. Is there any elevation changes?

No worries though, it can be done! Kick down some info and we will help! :)
