It's much better been watched by a white eyed monster then having to work in the dark. Good idea to put the lights on the hose itself. |

Very good idea, so the lights are directed where they are needed. The first pump I had furnished with lights on the tip section was almost 10yrs. ago. I removed them after only being a couple days old. Being the only pump in the fleet with a light on the boom, it would have been requested for every late job... Now I wont run a pump without them, especially in winter months! |

I like your lights. I don't like the idea that you need them. When we do things like provide these work lights for the placing crew it gives the cheapass contractors another excuse to not abide by the OSHA rules that require them to provide sufficient illumination. Too bad you need to install them. |

....That was another reason the lights were removed. But they are needed. Not long ago I saw a foundation crew topping a wall in the dark using their cell phones to see what they were doing!!! |

That is not new back in late 90s I desinged a set that where on a clamp and you clamp them on the hose for CIFA |

It would be more efficient attached to the swivel 90 above the hose and would'nt have to be removed for using reducers and other system. |

when I first started pumping maybe two weeks into it the big pump 36 meter lost a pump and I had to bring our 32 meter to a very big wall pour. The wall was out of the ground about 6' or so. The pump had no lights just head lights and they did nothing but hurt because of the glare. We used a cell phone and the guy on the wall said in or out up or down. Fun times |
