We went through D&R Equipment in Alberta to get the valve bank replaced on our '94. Turns out that particular item was obsolete and they had to have one made by Schwing. It was black and white controls and the damn thing hasn't been the same since we installed the new valve bank. It was difficult to operate smooth before, but now it's damn near impossible. Good luck! :)

I've heard that replacing the valve with a Hawe and compatable remote is extremely easy!

if it is leaking between the valve sections, get in touch with a Parker dealer, they should be able to help you to install seal kits. FYI this very tricky. considerng the age of the pump and the fact that Schwing may not not have parts for it, you may better off upgrading

we had the leaks on our old valve bank 'fixed' by the local hydraulic shop... came back leaking worse than when we sent it down there. That's why they ordered the new one... couldn't convince them to look into upgrading to proportional, but they don't have to run the thing so they don't care. I would definetely look into an upgrade or conversion to proportional if yours is still black and white like ours was.

that's what they told us too... ended up being 7-9 months... can't remember exactly but it was a LONG time. Hopefully you have a better experience than we did. :)
