I deleted yesterdays Amigis posting. I did so because it was too political for this forum. To All of the participants, thankyou, good discussion, strongly held views, I enjoyed the back and forth.It was just on the wrong website ;)

Common Bob ! Sounds more like your motor got to reving, and someones elses opinion that had everything to do with the pumping industry started your damper to vibrate. Your definatly in control of deleting, Was that a selfish act? Dont get me wrong , i am as you know one to go by the rules. But if it isnt worded right it dissapears. Maybe you have too strong of opinion to allow others to vent as you did. No offence Bob , I think your a very smart fellow, And i like when you post because it usually worth reading, and i like you am open to discuss, thats how i learn, Who knows where that thread would of taken us. Maybe tp a much more broad understanding of the political side of pumping. Lack of knowledge isnt good as you know. But i know plenty of people that i have worked for that didnt want you to know what they know because then they would feel insecure. 10 hrs of dead time ? Was that when we were sleeping ? I have had many different jobs in our industry; some better than others. One thing I did learn along the way is (speaking for my self) Life is easier if everyone you work with knows everything you know plus everything they know. Secrets are for suckers. Look at all the unnecessary questions that would not need to be asked if information is shared. Work should be all about sharing your experiences with each other. Everyone has something to teach you, and me. Yesterdays blog was full of opinions and few facts, it is no loss to anyone other than entertainment value.You did bring up an interesting topic, the politics of pumping. I was fortunate to have caught the discussion. I was disapointed when it disapeared. It seems to me that the politics that were being discussed are the politics of pumping. They are the politics of everything in this country right now, and we are not immune. Hiding from those things is like how some people want to hide from pumping accidents, instead of learn from them. If more people pulled their heads out of the sand to these issues, we would be in a better position to deal with them.
