Trying to put a business plan together to purchase a boom truck and start a one  truck pumping company.

I have 19 years of concrete experience, done commercial and residential. Just hard to forecast future cost like fuel and maintenance.  I estimated how many jobs a thought a slow week would be then what I thought a good week would bring. Is it realistic?  I live in Iowa so depending on how winter goes we could only have 8-9 months of good pouring weather.
