I am only getting 10 to 12 yph out of my pump. any advise on how to increase the volume on the pump.

Send it to the graveyard its called a Maycobreako, I had a new one when we started best thing I ever done was to get rid of it, get your self and 5/45 olin.

wells guy this is all great but money doesn't grow on trees and this is the pump i'm working with so just help on how to increase volume. thanks. oh and the pump runs fine its just slow.

there are 3 holes off the crank side that allows you to change the ratio for speed its not hard to change just take the bolt out and move it up

As I remember the old one I have does not have the oiler on it for the piston.  Did not have it when I got it.  The piston will not move sometimes I think there is a spring on it.  I use to spray water on it to get the piston to move all the way.  Something to check.

Maycos have there uses they are used in the oil field to cement casing low yardage 6-8 no worry about cold hydraulic fluid.

Only run your C-30 in long stroke with less than 100' of hose and wet, easily pumpable concrete. And be prepared to spend some money on parts, probably a new crank.

this mayco is a hd which means it has a second spring to help the piston come back eveytime and these machines have been around a long time if you treat them right they run for ever good machine let us know what you find with the volume
