Part of the problem when you work for some companies is that the people above you only know what they were taught, good or bad. So as a result they do not have the knowledge or skills to create an employee recognition type of environment, and in turn respect the people who do the best work. Some employers are dedicated to using up the employees good or bad as kind of a renewable resource. One thing for sure the, companies who sling the mud, treat their people bad or just don

By the way Bob, I like what you said earlier ! So much truth, I used to drive front discharges, and i would pull off of a pump only tobe stopped at the entrance by a rear dis, Asking me How am I suppose to get in . :8o:( Can you show the mixer driver where the pump is ? )
