I am wondering if anyone has any comments on the overall Machine Stability of the Concord 38Z versus the Concord 40X?  In other words, does one tend to wave the offside outriggers in the air more than the other?  

Only if you set it up wrong :) Probably not considering the rear spread is '5 2" bigger than the 38. Just my thoughts for what it's worth.
