has anyone bought bison/elk? does anyone know who i could order from?

Cabelas, They've got holiday packages, game cuts and sausages, hams/roasts etc. Elk will be harder to come by unless you got a buddy in the hills. Bison/buffalo, you can find buffalo burger at some grocery stores. Those holiday packs are goood but spendy.
