I'm in the process of renewing all my construction certifications.  The Massachusetts dept of Public Safety told me to find an online certification test for Concrete Pumping.  I "found" only one which says it is the only one in the US.  http://www.concretepumpers.com/content/acpa-operator-certification-testing

why does the private sector need the governments involvement to provide its customers.

still that way with contractors 80 % of the are exempt but expect someone to work for ten bucks. they skrew off their own job and look at me like iam liabile  to them. my customers are confused and some need their butt slapped by the builders board. have a job thats want a certificate of insurance from the instant mix supplier to do one yard of topping on a wood floor. do not think the job is worth the liability.
