Has that been completed yet, I used to live out there been across the bay bridge hundreds of times in all types of weather, I worked on the 1982 to 1984 Bart cable up grade and worked under the bay in the transbay tube, if you didn't know what time it was you wouldn't know if it was night or day, and San Fran after midnight is wild.

That is my neck of the woods. I can be where that photo was shot in 20 mins. That pic. is of the westbound approach of the new bay bridge. It has been complete for about a year and a half. They are now working on the treasure Island side. Was the 70 even here in 08-2007?
