Some may be offended but sorry here I go,Respect is earned , it is hard to respect the bigger companies with the 50-60 pumps when we see what condition our industry is in,these are the so called leaders in our industry these guys set the standard , they have the numbers to manipulate markets and bring the prices either up or down where are they, down, we ridicule the smaller companies for cutting prices but if truths be told most smaller companies our prices are higher we have to make more on less to survive, now that doesnt meen there isnt smaller companies cutting ,but I do believe from where Im at its the bigger pump companies that keep our industry in 1980s prices they have the equipment to set the standard but what have they done, look at our industry and enuff said, in the coming years we will see many more we think deserve RESPECT but lets make these guys earn it,when our industry does rise again we have a chance this time to get it rite, lets get our prices up ,our pay scale for operators up, the certification standard higher, our safety standards higher, and lets get our true leaders in the rite places, we have much room for improvements and we can make this industry something to be proud of, attitude is a direct reflection of leadership and rite now ours stink, its time for change and change is coming we can make it good or bad its up to us.Some of our biggest companies are in terrible shape , now not that its all on their shoulders because of the shape of our economy, but couldnt we all see this coming the flooding of the market with equipment, instead of us getting more we have gotten less anyone with a pulse getting pumptrucks, big companies buying more and more while making less and less and now its hurting us all driving the value of our investments to probably thirty cents on the dollar making it hard to see a light at the end of the tunnell but it is there its just kind of dim hopefully we all make it out and see the error of our ways and have the courage to make the changes we all know we need.

I have never personally met or worked for Richard O'Brien but every single person I know that has worked for him has had nothing but good things to say. I dont know much about him or his company but I respect him for having the sack to actually speak up and say something. And for caring enough for the industry as a whole to point people in the right direction and preaching what should be going on, rather than how it's always been done in the past.

The ultimate respect goes out to the company with 8 or 10 or even 3 pumps that is fighting to survive. The ones that have personal relationships with their employees and still takes good care of them even in tuff times.

You know how pudg laughs at the term 'Big Boys', Well I laugh at the term 'leaders'. Who the hell are these so called leaders that people keep talking about anyway? We must be talking about the ones that are leading the race to the end of the line? Because I have yet to see any 'Leadership' going on besides being lead down the wrong path and a stray.     Silent secret leaders???

As I said respect is earned and none have earned my respect,so there is no company name I can give you, not saying some is not worthy just I havent had a chance to be around them , but alot of these "big boys" I still laugh at this,I wouldnt piss on them if they was on fire, they are deserving of what they are getting, just wish all their operators had a good place to go to,I agree with Art bumpin is pumpin so while theyre hitting the wall hopefully we'll be getting the checkered flag and the pretty ladies leavin them with the fat chicks
