is this a ball valve or s tube and what kind of pump is it? is it hydraulic or machanical? what horsepower? these all need to be adressed before you can be sure what to use and at what slump? |

Weights per yard611 Portland Cement1825 Sand 1100 1/2 or smaller rock, stone, gravelThat is what we run here in PA we have Mayco hard rock pumps through two inch line. We have alot harsh mixes here so you might be able to modifiy that setup. |

that pump is capable of 60/40 mixes thats 60% sand40% pea gravelwith a 2 linebut it can do a lot more with a larger hose with 21/2 hose you can do 50/50 1rock mixesthats25% 1 rock25% pea gravel 50 % sand if you go to a 3 line you can greatly reduce the pea gravel in that mix too all mixes are considering you are using 61/2 sack powder per yd the more 1 rock used will increase your compresive strength and give your customer a much better product why would anyone want wall grout on their driveway wich is what the mix design given in the previous message is ( wall grout ) you have a good rock pump there why limit yourself you can do some boom pump mixes with a 4 line too |

Becareful those mixes will work in some places. CA has nice mud other areas have harsh mixes such as PA thats why we run the GROUT MIX through a two inch line. |

we also use 2 line for wall groutwhat is it that makes your mix harsh in pa?dont you guys use rock sand cement and water to make concrete like we do in ca ? |
