whys everyone busting Joes chops?  I work for PUMPCO also out of North GA.. Met Joe several times good guy and knows his stuff.

well thinks for the great review guys for the others i have about 34 years exp. no dout longer then some of you have been alive and can most likely work where i want to but i am very happy with my job and the very outstanding company i work for and have been here for12 years and no compete forms are for new guys we train which gets very high cost so LIKE ME OR HATE ME I JUST DONT GIVE A DAMN because you will most likey never sign one of my pay checks!!!!!!!and hell yea it nice working for a winning company like PUMPCO  AND MY NAME IS IN MY PROFILE IT IS JOE HALLAS AND ALL OF YOU BE SAFE

just replying to the pumpco joe saga....lol...i worked with joe before and even though it wasnt long it dosent take long to know when a man knows what hes doing in this world.and in my opinion joe is one of the top.everyone of us that has any experience what so ever has skeletons but thats what they r just girlish talk.but when u got a man like joe in your arsanial u got good ones cause he actually cares bout the industry.now even though me and one of the owners has had our problems and i can never work for pumpco again i do have to say they got sum great operators and like everyone else sum that need sum care but with sumone like joe at the helm they will get there im sure.i been doing this almost 19 years and u meet the best and worse and joe is one of the ones at the top in this industry. but the course of reading this it seems like bigstick has alot of problems with alot of people on here.just a peice of advise from a fool that has made the same mistakes.get off peoples back and stop listening to the girlish rumors cause one day im sure u will have the same skeltons that us older guys have but dosent mean u r what u appear to be.if we concentrated on saftey and productivity as much as we do the gossip in this industry the young guys will have a chance and these horrible stories will stop cause we cared as seniors more bout training than trashing others.we r a family and a few that has always been concidered the elite we ned to regain that and quit trashing seniors such as joe and others cause as long as i been doing this id luv to have a crew with his experience and work ethic anyday anytime and the hell with the past pr the rumors.but thats just my opinion.todd made this site to teach and as a go too source i think thats what we should start using it for and quit using it as a jerry springer site    

First of all I dont have a problem with joe.  He started this by calling me names.  The problem is with the company he works for,  How would you like it if you busted your ass for a company for over three years only to have them steel your overtime money for six weeks about 3k.  This all happened because the management had no clue about how to run acertain job.  I did and this is the thanks I get.  So yes if I ssound pissed off I am, the manager in charge of this very job is the same one who Joe called a worthless idiot.  Honostly Joe I have no problems with you, you seem to be a very good and experienced operator.  Good luck in the future I really wish you and your family well. 

well bigstick i can certinly understand what u r saying but what good is it doing trashing them it isnt gettin your money back and makin u sink to their level.u may not know who i am but i know u and u r a pertty great operator yourself.but dont let the bullshit of this industry make u sink that low ,i did and it got me no where and i hate to see that happen to another.like i said i got nothing bad to say bout u or no one else lets just try to devote all our anger into making this industry what it used to be cause u will never change the management way of doing things.i wish u the best cause i know what u can do and know u r a better person than to sink to that thats all im saying.this place is full of experience to offer the young guys and thats better channeled than trashing each other cause thats teaching them the bad habitis that get them killed or hurt. and the experience comes from people like joe ,me and yes u also
