This month I have an anniversary of sorts.

44 years ago this month I enlisted in the USMC

40 years ago this month I was honorably discharged

I stumbled into a job cleaning clamps, gaskets and hose ends,

And helping to set up system.

Looking back, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Let me be the first to wish you a "Happy anivesary of sorts" and hats off to any "United States Marine"! all A$$ Kiss'n aside, truly. PUMP-ON BOB! 

I'll second that! Anyone thats made it that long in this field, had to've come from somewhere hard as nails! Here-Here Bob! My hats off also. If our country has'nt latley I'd like to... Thank-you! For the service in both fields!

Bob if everyone new the value you added to this industry you would be making a million dollars a year. I am very glad you have joined us here on ConcretePumping.com

Bob is the guy that talked started all the safety issues on this site. He is the reason we came up with the 17’ rule and now the No Double ended hose campaign. Bob is the guy who pushes for legal use of dunnage and set ups. Bob has always stood up for safety helping to keep everyone safe.

I have been told that we have made a big difference in some people’s lives; well I give all credit to Bob.  Bobs heart is for the safety of the companies and the people of this industry.

Happy anniversary bob.

P.S.

I have heard two things about Bob that I love soooo much. The first is the saying, “What Would Bob Do” Such as how would Bob set up here or what would Bob do if a contractor told me to get close than 17’ to a power line”

The second is TooTall called Bob, Bob Einstein and I think that is very fitting.

We love you Bob don’t forget it.

Oh and that whole USMC is cool also. Good job.

Congrats and thank you for your continued support in many ways to enrich all in our industry. Your "real experiences" lend the critical knowlege that others seek, knowlege that is gained only by time.  

For those who read this, some will know the wisdom, others need to; now more then ever.
