what an impressive transformation ,you have a real knack at keeping used iron looking pristine. It says alot about your character and pride in your job.

Did your new to you 39 have the warranty update to section #3 done before you painted it ? I sure hope so as the  repair to that area can tarnish a nice paint job sometimes. Most likely yours was done due to the company you got it from ,they should have been aware of the repair needed to it.

Speaking of stickers, make sure you get in touch with Schwing and have them send you a replacement decal package , the safety decals need to be added to your machine soon before you have problems with an OSHA inspector with a keen eye.

Good luck with your new "toy"

Before polishing the wheels, all I did wash it with a strong degreaser until it was back to it was clean. To get them to look shinny again after u wash them, you need to get jeweler rouge bars. I used the green bar first which is a medium cut compound and I used it with a yellow buffing cutting pad. Then I used a white bar with a white Cutting pad. I used them on a makita buffer at max rpm. Then after u use the cutting compounds, use a metal polish. I like WAB gray matter formula#1 for the final clean up

The truck is up to date with inspection and correct repairs, and we had it painted by a guy who mainly does mixers and dump trucks. This was his first pump.
