Being in the pumping bus, now for22 yrs I must say NEVER in my life have I felt like it is was home like PUMPCO. Not only were we co-workers we were like a family. It saddens me that PumpCo is now a memory but it is a good one. I have made the best friends of my life there. Not only did their professionalism astonish me but their family like atmosphere made it humble. EVERYONE got along and respected all. Whether you ran a line pump or a 65m we where all pumpers and did our job and did it well. Some will be going and some will stay. But our bound as a family will never die.

bri,

its pretty cool of you to say that stuff about your 'old' bosses. I can only hope my guys would say that about me in 33 years time.haha

Its hard work being a boss to keep everyone a little happy, let alone feeling like family.

Maybe you could elaborate on how it was there, i'd like to take lessons!!! Not to say we are running a trainwreck here now, but it always goes better when everybodys happy!!!

Good luck with your future job, I'm sure you'll find another family!!
