Hey guys we should organize a picnic for pumpers from all over the conuntry can come and have a great time. Have bands, sporting events, cook-offs and beer chugginh contests. Would anyone be interested. Make it an anual event. So we all can meet face to face and tell war stories etc. I think that would be a greta thing to try an organize. Make it somewhere in the middle of the country. Let me know your thoughts.

LMAO Allen and Speedy, WOC is a business oriented type of event. I have never been but to me Vegas can become a drag real quick. I was thinking more like "Pump Stock" make it an event based strictly on family oriented activities.  I think this could be fun on a large scale. We would just need to setup a venue. Make it sometime next year in the very early fall. Maybe try to get some sponsorship, but try to keep business activities down to a minimum.  Try to have it at a very large facility with some kind of cabin rental or condos or something.

I think even if we only had 10-120 families it would be a great time. I am checking on venues and will post those once I narrow it down. I think this will be a time to remeber. Hopefully we can run with it for upcoming years .

Russ;What have you come up with so far? campground maybe with atv trails,lake with boating & fishing, horse rideing.Have you any idea where the X is going to be.Schools start back here in SC around the 20th of August maybe you can schedule before that if posible.Can you  add this picnic,event to the site section on the left to keep it on everones mind with maybe a sign up list.

 We are actually shooting for Labor day 2008. That gives us a whole year to get things lined up and have everything done right. PLus it allows us to save up for the room rentals and such that will be a part of it. I am looking at a place in Arkansas of all places. Maybee float down the Buffalo river. Will update the site as stuff becomes more firm.
