Winter is rain, we  had the worst winter this last year with two weeks off. Rainforest climate but cool. 90% of the mud up here is pumped, and there are alot of pumps around.

No where near like LA but it seems to be getting that way hehe.

I wish we could guarantee hehe our market is tough. But instead we would loose our job if we let an operator starve.

So realy can you run a mixer to fill in on market slowdown, can you hold a part time job and still keep seniority.

For anyone unless you are payed off on your house, and you have no attachments, it is a hard move, even a  part time move.I have been offered 15$ an hr diff but could not see the reasoning in a large move, I pay medical and find accomadations hmm. The American economy looks bleak but ours seems to be holding its own, the banks are jacking our intrest rates to keep our dollar down below yours, so it may all come down to a medium for us, until our forest products and other US bound exports come to their annuals. This may sound unsure but Guarantee is just a word, and maybe to some companies a labour ploy to attract workers.
