the last ones lasted 3 years so far only need two one blew out and other operator beat it like it owed him money busted the liner out. From what i have learned double wall pretty tough and alot of concrete has went threw if my other pump has standard pipe and in 4 years replaced it twice already.

Back in the day (yeah I know) we used to have a local foundry make ours.We did cast 5" 6" and transitions,oh joy.I even got pretty good at making 5"-4" reducers on the press.I know the press is still there but the mandrels are way gone.

You should have seen the way those transitions exploded,wow.That would have been the perfect example for the use of blast nets.Wished I would have had brains then,I could have been financially secure by now.

one piece of advice if the rest of the pipe is worn you are wasting money buying new double wall with the liners put a cheaper 90 and when you redo the whole pipeline put a whole set of the expensive pipe on it just my opinion and also better check your assend its usually pretty thin by the time you wear those new pipe and 90s out
