I saw this picture on another fella's profile.  Where do you get the cover for a cab like that?  I have a Thomsen model 845 with a '76 KW truck.  I'm always working off the front of the truck and it always gets concrete on it.

Looks like a piece of plastic to me, which is what I use when I pour near the front of my truck. What a pain to get around the cab, I wish someone made a nice cover for the cab of an MR Mack.  Something with some sort of ventilation though, because in the summer that cab will get real hot when covered.

Before any of you cover your cab; please note that the area under the front bumper has been left open. I think that much of the air hitting the cooling system of an MR enters from this area. Please do not 'drape' plastic down to the ground.

And yeah, it does look good. ;~)

ps; perhaps one of you with the time and talent could sew some of these up and sell them

I know in Aust you can go to a canvas maker, like the ppl who make truck tarps and stuff like the we used to have one that would hook over the mirrors and bullbar, i`d imagine there would have to be somewere like that were your from, be sure to take Bobs advise though , air flow is a major issue when the truck is static

Well if you operate an 875,it has the pony motor. If you shut down the truck engine your safe to cover, but don't get forgetful.I would say check with some truck accessory places for some ideas.Years ago this was very common with the old frieghtshaker,kw,pete cabovers to protect the front from road debris.

A good canvas/upolstry shop can be a valuable tool, they can fit a custom cover with snaps or eyelets for securing. An old "76" ? Would love to see a pic of it dressed out,the good old days.
