Tod, I hope you let me Post this as it is something new.

Hey guys, I wanted to let you know what we have been up to, we have designed, built and patented a new mobile conveyor system, after years of working on them seeing problems and knowing that they could be better we came up with the LB32T4 and can be seen at WWW.loopbeltind.com

This is the first in our new line of telescopic conveyors. This machine was designed to set up fast, run clean and vary user friendly for the operator and the maintenance mechanic.  I would Please ask you to pass this website on to any one you can think of who is in the industry, times are hard enough and we sure could use the help..

Thank you!

Kevin Blake

the outriggers are going to kill it in the real world.no shortrigging on your off side.looks like they just go up and down?

Northwest63, as far as set up a TB-130 can't be short rigged either, I talked to a fellow at one of the R&B Auctions last summer that had to fix one that and operator tried to short rig and it broke the extenable part of the out rigger, at least these rigger's are clear the bed.

Hey Big Ed,

Not to start an arguement but it is ok to short rig a TB130 on the high-side (you just have to know how to do it). Both the front and rear outriggers on the TB130 are 2 piece telescopic units... you need to make sure that the outer most section is fully extended before lowering it. If you don't, it will break out the box section of the inner outrigger. I know this because I have seen the end results of someone else (not you Jack!) doing it wrong.I know NW63 will also beg to differ with you because just last month he went out on the TB130 and had to short rig it on a Mortenson job. They wouldn't allow the belt to be set up short rigged without the approavl of Putzmeister...

Hope this answeed any question Big Ed.

BELT ON! Big t

P.S. Nice looking unit smoothbelt... Good luck!!!

Kevin, eliminating the pinch point between the boom cylinders and the rear legs is such a great thing.  I think its more useful than the short rigging. Looks great

Thanks every one for taking a look at our new machine!

We have gotton some great responce and our site has been passed around a lot from people on this site, it is hard to get your foot in the door when there are other good machines out there so thanks every one for the help.

I keep getting asked about LB32T4

it stands for Loop Belt 32m Telescopic 4 Section.
