Don't forget the operator installed sunroof with the pilot hole coming from the small metal done on the top of your cap. But go easy I always find the roll of duct tape made a great cup holder lol

550 Cummings in 42 18spd ,485 10spd in 36.looks like we might have to move hyd pumps and stieble to accommodate driveline distance to first rear end. Pretty involved but doable.

Looks a lot better than a Mack. But what I don’t understand is why because Kenworth is a part of the Paccar company the Kenworth don’t use the Paccar engine.

The Paccar engine is one of the best on fuel consumption in the last decade.

Besides the engine Paccar owes a nice range of cab over’s if they look outside the box.

If they were aware of the needs of the pumping market the Mack MR had his longest time.

Both trucks have Cummins ISX 15 Litre engines. The 42 has 550 H.P. 1850 ft lbs torque 18 speed transmission.

The 36 has 485 H.P. 1650 ft lbs 10 speed transmission.

New design Neway ADZ 369 air suspension  and 22k front axles.

The paccar engines are not as reliable as the cummins at this time.

Just a update the 42 meter made weight at 19800 front axle weight and 58560 on the 3 rear axles. The 36 is light and is way under Ca weight laws.

It is very different to drive the 42 now. The truck doesn't even feel loaded when driving.

We are going to set PTO parameters next week. I will post another update when we get completed and are pumping.

These older Putzmeister pumps are a very good design. One of the factors that made our decision to retruck was that these pumps are in very good condition and they both have  both been run by owner operators. In California the state is mandating very strict emissions laws. Retrucking these pumps was a very good decision and it worked out very well for us. Smile
