This, all things considered, is a pretty good place to get real information for real problems. If you want to vent go to the chat room, hang out, someone will be there sooner or later and chances are that they will be people that have knowledge about what you do for a living, and appreciate your problems. ;~)

Hardwire, listen man, you can just come on this site and slander companies, this is not the place for it. If i let people who are pissed off post on this site thats all that would be on here. And talking about balls look at you, your a nameless person post on a message board. Man up will you. If you cant at least fill out your profile than you should just stop posting crap about people and companies. This site would do just about anything it could to help you but your not going about it in the right way. Stop lashing out.

i know about 6 people that could be hardwire, i know the companys hes referancing, and yes, i am one of them, bad things have happened to good operators latley with those companys. all we can do now is take up our rugs and leave this town. there is better out there. my friends tell me so. the storys that could be told, we would need a private web site.

Companies who have the wrong people in the wrong placces are crap. They need onld operators for operations managment, sales and sales mngt if you dont you will have problems. I fthe operations manager has no idea how can they be sure that operators are qualified to do their jobs and keep them in check? anyone know? they sure as hell dont listen to the seasoned guys, been there done that got screwed, gonna get mine look out for me not gonna set up on freshley backfilled UNCOMPACTED soil and CMA to  helll with all the momma drama 12 year old bs. 

Reading this thread makes me realize how fortunate I am....I'm with you guys in spirit......hang in there.

I understand this web site is not a slam everybody site.  However, if you worked for any of the afformentioned companies,  you would kinda understand.  People from other parts of the country don't understand just how bad the owners of these companies treat thier employees.  When operators have to go to court to get thier last paycheck & money they were shorted.  (Really nice way to say steeling).  I'm certainly glad to get away from the one company that stole a bunch of my and several other operators money.  Its a sad day when a regular working guys have to get an attorney to get thier money from a multi-millionaire.  All I know is when I go to bed at night,  I don't have any trouble falling asleep.

THE SAD FACT IS HERE IN FLORIDA THE POOL OF WORK HAS GOTTEN PRETTY SMALL. NONE OF THE OUTFITS NEED AS MANY OPERATORS, NONE OF THE OPERATORS ARE GETTING THE HOURS THEY WANT. NONE OF THE COMPANYS ARE MAKING MUCH IF ANY PROFIT IN THIS REGION. IM ONE OF THE FEW OWNER/OPERATORS, AND LET ME TELL YOU I DON'T GET TO PAY MYSELF REGULAR.

    YES IM SURE SOME OUTFITS HAVE DONE LESS THAN FAIR DEALINGS, BEEN DISHONEST , ETC.   WISH ALL YOU GUY'S THE BEST.

Hey Bigstick. I agree with you and i understand. I feel for these guys. I just cant have them naming these guys and companies publicly on my site and calling them out.

Todd, you seem like an intelligent young man.  The reason these guys are trying to get thier frustrations out is the have no recourse anywhere else.  All of us thank you for this website, they dont have anywhere else to go.  I personally have stopped bashing my former employer on youre website because you asked me to.  Not only that I have personally been responsible for at least a dozen operators to leave this company and show them a better place.  When I left this company I was very angry, however I have put this all behind me.  I want to tell as many people not to work for thieves.  But not on youre website.  Please keep the faith, thats what I have decided to do.  God bless you and you're family
