Guys, I was at R&B Auction yesterday. There are 8,300 pieces of equipments in the yard and R&B has attracted more than 6,300 ppl registered until yesterday which is really amazing. However, for such a major auction (the biggest in history), I just found it hard to believe that only 3 more than 10 yrs old concrete pumps in the auction. With all these pressure our industry is under, I thought there will be many more. Even banks should have put more in there for collecting cash...I really wonder where did those pumps go? |

There are still pumps surfacing at auctions from a company that lost them almost a year ago, most are gone.If the repo'd pumps are there they may be waiting for a better time/area to put on the market.I saw one last week on a drop deck headed east out of Denver. My thoughts are they are trying to wait and recover all they can,not the quick sale. After all we are talking specialized equipment. Just the by product of an idle mind, that's me |

It would be OK with me if there was never another pump in an auction. |
