cool pic i just bought a 2004 tb105 AND have had a coulple of problems the main belt scraper plate works great and the belt returns clean al the time but the feed belt always gets little rocks stuck in the scraper plate and then causes mud to return and make a mess . this happens 3 out of 4 jobs any help ? thanks sdpumper

nice pics 63.... as for the feeder scraper...what type of material? Flowfill is the worst or concrete with 3/8 minus rock. Try rotating the scraper one 1/4 turn or until you're on a nice new edge and keep it tensioned but not TOO tight... |
