called in a company to inspect or 37 m and it took all of an hour lol

CBI inspections did ours and did an awsome job not sure if todd goes up in your neck of the woods tho.

Hey pumper tom was it an american inspection company ? If so did you check his credentials and ask him what his certifications were and possibly get at the very least an insurance accord from his inspection company ? And what brand booms did he inspect for you just for my info .

An hour long inspection is pathetic and in my opinion you did not receive anything for your money you paid out for a boom inspection .I have ran into similar situations in the states and the customer got suspicious and contacted the manufacture and found out the inspector was not certified to work on there equipment and stopped payment on the check. So you do have some recourse if you want to follow thru with contacting a specific manufacture. But Canadian laws about concrete boom inspections differ alot to the states , so unless it was american inspection company I cant offer much advice.

My company does not travel outside of the USA , But I have some very good referances to some companies that do if you want them I will gladly share them with you .And thanks Toby for the referance,there is nothing more valuable in this business than a satisfied customer.
