i have a 2007 36m putz that when im extending my 3rd section it's jumpy like the oil is not being let out through the holding valve properly have any of you experienced this and whats the fix? |

could bea problem in the remote--my last pump was a 36z putz zand the fourth section would bleed down because the box was out of adjustment and the 3rd section would jump out at times. You may have to send it to putz to have them take a look. If you check out your last issue of Concrete pumping magazine the guy you need to talk to in the remote shop is listed in their he can help you diagnose the problem and send you a loner remote. Try the hardwire first to verify this. If the hardwire works perfectly then it is a remote problem. Hop this helps

How are you extending it out?? I run a 38 and if it's in Z fold and I'm extending out, LOOK OUT.. I've done a few pours where I had to Z and working towards the truck was fine, but if you would extend and you had to move C at all it was a handful.. Does your C section seem to move really slow even though your remote is in rabbit?? |
