I own a 1999 Schwing BPA 500. Its been working fine, but now will not Pump. It all started last Monday, i was on a job and It Just stopped pumping. I turned It off and cycled the key and It pumped fine all day(64yrds). Today It did the same thing but now will only Pump( stroke) once or twice and Just stop. Accumulator pressure is good and i checked and cleaned solenoids. It doesn't have any safety switches, thought maybe Estop but Estop kills the motor too. My Pump Just stops pumping. Any info would be greatly

Check your manual stroke limiter. Its the black knob. it should be all the way out and the computer remote over rides it. Remove the knob and post and make sure its not broken.

e-stops and grate switch is always a good place to start, Calling schwing you will get the real skinny on your machine ( best of all it's free )

had to pull my putz rack off to build one for half inch rock. wanted to disconnect the safety switch but there is many wires coming off of it so I wrapped it up and taped it to the frame. so I could understand funny things happening if one of those wires went bad.

friend has a B-50 with 20, 000 hours doing the same type of thing. think the hydraulic driver is just worn out so oil is bypassing.
