just watched this and was amazed how low the boom was when he slewed the boom round over the short side.... not for one minute am i  knocking him coz he know's what he's doin (I'm sure he's something to do with safety vid's on there ).. it's just i'd never have done it with the boom that low i'd of got it a little higher..

There should be another copy of that video somewhere on utube without the music. part of the pm quick start videos. Interesting watch talks you through how much more of the booms working range you are able to use while short rigged if the pump has extended range EBC. Even with the stick open ypu can bring first right back on the sort rigged side, and i agree the first time you would crap yourself!!

I am sure it's tested and the sensors only allow what they allow. Balance stability sensors do not allow danger and the safety factors are put in place. I would however keep pretty level, not outside 3 degrees. Waiting for that sensor  to be put into a model soon enough.
