Last couple days my 02 Schwing boom remote has been slow to boot up , or connect with the wireless system.

Today i almost had to break out the wire remote . It has a read out screen and all i get is straight line dots. The green light is working. after a while it connects and works perfectly.

Anyone have any ideas?

check your ground            neg. side of batteries

Thanks, does the ground connect directly to the truck batteries, or is there a separate ground connection?

Thanks guys! Yeah today it quit again i hooked up the cable remote to finish. Job two i took the ground wire off and cleaned it started working great.
