The speedo clearly says kilometers per hour.  

Not proud of it but i have driven at 95mph in a 58 meter I was dumb and young, However if your not blind you can see on the dash it says kmh which is only like sixty

Don't the speedometer stop at 85 so after that u have to guess how fast u r going

No silly. It goes to about 110 kmph. The truck should be limited at 89kmph but when you drive down hill you can go faster and it will show your real speed..

Its clearly a Mercedes Actros. All the red flasshing on the dash means he needs some kind of service. The rpm is only towards the yellow which is no problem. The red area is still far away.. Looks like his limiter is a bit off.. And I do see a pump pipeline in the right mirror towards the end..
