How does everyone else handle senority with your operators. What I'm really getting at is when it's slow (like it is now) dispatch only has 1 job and any pump size can do it should that go to the senior man or should pump size dictate? During the summer when we are busy all the time pump size dictates who gets what job and when, it doesn't really matter because we all have jobs. I was just wondering. Mrmike

We usually take care of the guys that take care of us when we are really busy. I do not believe in rotating hours, are top guys work first and most often. That is just a little way of saying thankyou for being there when we needed you.  RIGHT DAVID TINKLE? no you do not understand that concept. oh well i guess i will steel all your good guys, thanks for making it easy!!!
