Well G-man if you read what i am posting you will see that i dont get my opinion always on a topic. I write about what i know not more not less. And as you said you did little of posts in the past years i did some more in the last weeks thats what this website is about. But if you really read my messages you will see that i also wrote down "Longlife learning" thats how it is. You always learn. But sometimes its realy about basics. I am for sure not the best operator i just want my job as good as i can without taking chances to get problems be it which job ever. And you know why? Its because you should have some fear about the machine you work with. If that bit of fear keeps you safe from doing unsafe stuff well then its a good day for you and others and your sarcastic message like own companys etc. would be nice for me and at least i would treat my people good not like others.

Well cp1 i dont have a problem with guys like you. I can write and read and is speak 3 languages my messages are probably not the perfect ones but that happens also to other guys on that board. So for me you are a nice guy like all the others in here. Well and if you think to shit on me than try it or do it that only shows whats your mind about.

OK So the only thing I want to say anything about is the whole "Fear the machine" Thing,I mean seriously if your scared of the pump you need to turn the key counter clockwise and climb down out of the cab.Fearing the machine is quite possibly the worst thing an operator (new or old) could do,In my eyes.Now on the other hand you had better have a rather large amount of RESPECT for it.If you dont respect it it's gonna whip your @$$.BUT fear,NO way should an operator fear the machine HE is running.Like I said if you fear it leave it alone and go greet people at the door.That's how THIS guy feels about it.I will fear NO machine but I do harbor a HUGE respect for them....Yes there is a difference.Or do I see it wrong??

Ok who?? i wrote a little bit just a little. But if you call it respect thats good for me too. Call it like you want little fear or little respect thats ok. Now i think some guy wants to explain the different between fear and respect so go on. And to do it right i have a little respect for that machine.

 I can respect anyone that comes on here from a different country and can communicate and read & write in our own language. If most of us were in his shoes we might get as far as some spanish website asking for "mas agua por favor?"

I meant no disresect I was simply saying that in my eyes fear is a bad thing when doing what we do.You are the one that used the word fear,I just took what you said at face value.Like I said I am not trying to put any one down in any way shape or form

Why do you think I shut my pump off. It's hard to learn or teach.Everyone has a differnt view on things. It's hard to tell anyone anything on here,Because everyone is right in there own mind.And there is nothing wrong with that.So,Me tring to teach anyone anything on here is like pulling teeth.So,I;m going to turn my pump off for awhile.Let the young kids do what they want. Someone going to get hurt.I don't want anything to with that

Who good point, fear is out of the question if you have fear , thats your body/mind telling you , you shouldnt be doing it or this is not right or so on , fear is doubt and all the other bad thing that comes with it including the biggest and uglyest one i think is STRESS bad desicisions are made by stressing out it clouds your better judgment! Respect is very important , understand the machine and its capabilitys , its potantial to harm its poential to work. Use this to your advantage ... Respect

Thats bullshit again, i wrote some messages and some guys put the finger on me, not me to them, for my english, and now you are telling me about stress continuing writing about fear, well its already said i took the wrong word. But telling me now i should relax because of my stress? I dont have no stress and stress is the badest thing on site what can happen to and the others. So please dont put words in my mouth which i ve never said and by the way probably i should try to get a job downunder : ) and last thing about murf who i guess is from Aus. I will not never say nothing about stuff like that (But is this site not for that? leave your comment or write your opinion?) and it was not personally against him and ill never put words in his mouth but after all "Its not my pump"
