:confuse:okay o defenensive ones,we know OSHA is never right,so tell us ,were the stairs not secure or did they not have a safety rail?You have to realize that what OSHA is trying to do is to get you and your coworkers home at night in the same condition as when you left.The area in which our company services has a number of refineries and chemical plants,and the rules are very strict,and you must obey them.Please try and understand that OSHA is looking out for you.If you worked with a company with any scrupples,they would foot the bill,if they dont I would think twice about continueing employment with them.
