May 25, 2018 Dear Valued Customers and Dealers, Over the past two years Putzmeister America has been fortunate to have had Peter Mendel lead the company as President and CEO. Effective June 2, 2018, Peter has resigned from his position and will no longer be a part of the Putzmeister organization. Since becoming President of Putzmeister America, Inc. in July 2016, Peter has served on leadership teams for PMA and Putzmeister Global, as well as the American Concrete Pumping Association. During this time Putzmeister has taken great strides to ensure that your business partner has established and maintained sustainable processes in order to continue providing top quality products and services well into the future. Most recently the Putzmeister Group launched the internal initiative "Become1" to formalize and further improve performance and service programs for our entire customer base. While this effort is examining all aspects of our business, there are no significant organizational changes expected to take place. As such, with Peter's departure Jim Focareto, Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO, will lead Putzmeister America as the Interim President and CEO.
