couple hundred feet off of the boom, child's play compared to some of the setups I have seen Mr. wibau post on here... but still enough hose dragging for me to get a good sweat going... |

i think its from all the sun he gets out there makes em a little nuts. thats a neat looking building there. looks like you ve been get some dick and fart jobs as well, work is work though. the best part is you pulled a sweat draging hose. Kuddos to yah 16Cell. WCB can only compliment you with the dunnage under your pads. Keep doing it right and WCB will leave us alone keeping em tire side down |

For that particular pour I water primed the boom and cycled into the hopper, then dumped bucket of mortar mix (fattened up with a little extra straight cement powder) into the the system just before plugging it into the boom. Most jobs with 100ft. or less hose, I just dump a bucket of grout into my slurry port and prime through the boom and system all in one go (or at least try to). My favorite primer is a bucket of mortar mix with a pinch of bentonite, as long as there is a suitable place to dispose and it so it does not find it's way into the pour...
Wibau... does your Jun Jin run single (16 cell), or dual (18 cell) Hydraulic pumps , it seems to push really strong through all that line... |

hey mate you left out how you washed out, the slrry up is the same as i do in that situation. mine is only the single 16 cell the biggest thing i have learnt with this machine is to use all of the 430hp daf plenty of revs as i have never been a fan on until this machine doing long pushes. plenty of revs and dont look at pressue guage and away you go. she pushes great plenty of grunt. talking about pressure, i blew my pressure gauge this week, 2 years old i am guessing it was not a fan of all the long pushes. |

great system setups Mr Wibau. just a suggetion, it not a bad idea to tie off/anchor down the verticle section of system in the second set of pics. funny thing can happen... might as well cover your ass and your employers. hahaha Mr Wibau, the presure gauge aint like the speedo in your race car. you dont have to try and bury the needle lol |

nice track times in the first video. i take it theres no passing that day? looks like ALOT of fun. you had him, that little yellow (porch lookin from the back) thing was fast but you were taking him in the corners. what happened? lol canda is so lame, we dont have tracks like that. redneck out here get too hammered at the track to race anything but a strait line or oval. Sweet horse power, LAME race. |

shortstick... we actually have road racing out at Mission... that's right both left and right hand turns ... I had not run for a couple years because I was too busy pumping, didn't run this years because I wasn't doing enough pumping to be able to afford racing... screwed either way I suppose...
Wibau, great looking ride, but I would have a word with whoever built it.. (they put the pedals and steering on the wrong side of the car...) LOL |

nice ride mr cell, but i dont think my car is the problem. i think you need to talk to the builder of yours and ask them why they left there missis hair dryer on the side of the motor. haha. |
