I actually take at least one photo a day, you never know when it my come in handy. Yes , it has been a little chilly the last few days. To answer the union question, for myself its the only way.To many years in now, and yes we do have a seperate agreement with local 3 just for pump operators, it includes mechanics, belts ,trailers, oilers and all diiferent boom size classfications, for pay scale, etc. (great pay here in the bay area) Hey Seed , look at the third picture down , see the blue kiddie swimming pools there are two stacked together, when the customer requests them its on my tag in the morning , we have hundreds in the yard, use them all the time !

have a great friday all !

Great looking machine, but i have to ask (not trying to be negative) but what wires. In the pictures i see I believe a couple of them show your boom in close proximity to high tension power lines. Just wondering! Union, certified, or not.

Are those street car wires in those pictures?I believe they can cook a pump like a trout

You guessed it ! street car wires. when I looked at the photos after taking them , I thought wow It almost looks like my boom was going through the center of them. Shows you not only to the human eye, but the eye of the camera gets a bad perception of wires. The city of San Francisco requires 30 foot min. and they had a city employee on site for (wire watch) the whole day.
