it wasnt too bad. only thing was i was setting the pump up and the customer had called the concrete in. i still had to clip pipes up. i told the guy not to call for the concrete until I'M ready for it. but he went along and called it in, but ended up sending 3 load back coz it was out of spec, they waited too long. shame but the customer learned his lesson next time we went there. |

hi many it worked out about 70 mtrs pipe roughly. all 5" pipe. pumping magnetite concrete. it was for a x-ray room |

Hi Jammy ! What was the weight / density of the mud ? Our "standard" mud is about 2400 kg/m3 and the mud for X-ray room are much more heavy so We are not allowed to pump it through the boom , I think that mud are about 3600kg-3700/m3 , iron ore as ballast .
