it wasnt too bad. only thing was  i was setting the pump up and the customer had called the concrete in. i still had to clip pipes up. i told the guy not to call for the concrete until I'M ready for it. but he went along and called it in, but ended up sending 3 load back coz it was out of spec, they waited too long. shame but the customer learned his lesson next time we went there.

hi many it worked out about 70 mtrs pipe roughly. all 5" pipe. pumping magnetite concrete. it was for a x-ray room

Hi Jammy !

What was the weight / density of the mud ?

Our "standard" mud is about 2400 kg/m3 and the mud for X-ray room are much more heavy so We are not allowed to pump it through the boom , I think that mud are about 3600kg-3700/m3 , iron ore as ballast .
