These pins don't just break if done right. But they are one time use bolts for as far as I know. Maybe they used them several times??

Mite be a good idea to show a little class here and not guess at what happend. This company will have enough to deal with at this point and shouldn't be subjected to rumours started by people that don't know what really happend.I hope every one whent home un injured at the end of the day if not my thoughts are with them.
