Plastic Hose Skid Plates

We have a couple plastic hose skids and need a couple more. I think thats what they are called.  They go under the clamps on system pours to keep clamps from catching the wire.  These plastic ones have been working perfect compared to the homade metal ones.  Do any of you guys know who sells them?   Also the best place to order slick-pak 2s from?

I use a 24" plastic life saver boy and one of those self contained rachet straps that hooks in where the rope holes are and you wrap the strap around the clamp to the other side of the boy , rachet them on tight.  Works great on in floor heat and never falls off, they are very light. I keep 2 off them on my pump all the times.
