Been pumping for about 6 months now, and sometimes will always get plugged at the reducer, no matter how wet I pour or how stiff. Run a 36m how can I prevent this???? |

are you talking about the 5 to 4 off the tip, or the reducing pipe on the back end? and are you rock packing when you plug? |

plugs happen. if they are occuring during the job thru a 4" ruducer they are prob due to the batch or mixer sluff off from the drum. The mixer co can cause alot of probs if they dont clean thier drums out regulary |

Buy a rough neck 5-3" hose. Their not cheap, but I hardly ever plug, you can see the hose bending, stop the pump and bang it out.Of course relieve the pressure first. Other wise use a 4" tip hose. |

It's the garbage concrete we pump up here.Just keep tring, But watch gauge,So you don't blow a line and kill someone. You have a short reducer right.Sometimes a longer one will help.Give me a call. Ruck |
