make a list of all the issues you have had like their conduct and treatment of you as their employee. payment, wash out area, charges for service. delivery point your pump so the truck driver works for you following your instuctions. any expectations of insurance coverage that should be negociated in advance of providing service. write it up and have them sign it or throw the dice.
