Hard telling what happened, cameraman prolly couldn't get his car out of the driveway because of the pump..who knows, there's assholes on almost every jobsite, just something you have to deal with and try to stay calm. Notice I said TRY and stay calm. He could have at least moved the pump though to clean out the back or sprayed the stuff to the side real good.

I heard this home owner was fed up with these pumpers blocking the driveways and washing out in the road all the time so he started filming them. Anyway I am sure these guys are braking the law.

Grit your teeth and be nice and polite. If that doesn't work grit your teeth and walk away. Third grit your teeth and think how you like to @#$% this guy up. #4 walk away and await the wifes call witch will bring you to #1.

I thought he handled this guy well, didnt hear any swearing , he just asked if he was gay ? maybe he was looking for a date ? and the washout is contractors responsibility, and read up on that project, its been met with resistance since its inception, so I have to give the operator some type of credit, hes probably been putting up with this shit for a while.

That camera man was extremely antagonistic love that 10 sec rule! The back of our contracts clearly states it is contractor responsibility to provide safe and adequate washout areas, failure to do so will result in dropping the hopper wherever I must to avoid Flash!

With that being said, it is still the operators responsibility to dump in a lawful manner.....like backing rt up to the pour site!
