I see the inside of my hopper about like I see the sole of my shoes.. Like it when they are quite clean but Im not going to sit with a tooth brush everyday to get them spotless.

Rather spend my time on cleaning the rest of the truck and doing good maintanance..

Here is a nice clean one now I just need a new vibrator lol

We once had a brandnew pump, it came back from its very first job, and the hopper looked like shortsticks 3rd picture. The operator claimed he cleaned it out, And was almost offended when i akswd him why he didnt or couldnt clean out after he was done. It took 4 hrs to get the concrete off, Needless to say, it was the operators last job he pumped...

He was one of the few that ran everything from line pumoto 61m, and He promised and swore he would take care of it, i warned the boss and told him ..dont be surprised..sure enough, it only took one job
