over here in belgium some people are running their pumps for 150 euro and 3 euro/m³  for a 34m and 36m thay are relly crazy

About the same we charge here in Norway.
The hourly rate varies a bit from where in the country, what job, etc. But around 150 for a 36m.

In New York City prices are about

$1200 for a 39meter up to 100 cubic yards and $4 per yard over the 100

$650 for a line pump (city pump) also up to 100 yards and $4 per yard for the ballance

both with two operators!
