It sounds like you said you have yellow and green , If that is so, Is the piston under the switch? If not you have a switch failed ON , you could also have a small metal piece stuck on the end of the switch, With the PTO and Truck off, remove the switch and look for metal parts in the chamber, You can put another switch on the wire and hold a wrench to it to test the switch. Keep in mind the proximity switch is torqued to 14 Ft lbs only, if it has been overtorqued that can cause earlie failure.

Let me know if there are other details to help out with.

Generally if you get NO yellow at the switch, you have either a bad switch, Bad wire OR the piston is not getting to the prox switch.

I thought you said you have power at the switch, have you tested that? If you remove the switch "with the motor off" plug in the switch to the wire and with the power on but NO hydraulic  the system is live electrically, you can put the switch to steel and the switch if working should signal yellow, you can also do this with a spare switch to test the circuit, you should see a yellow signal at the stroke change relay.

Please also confirm that you do not have buildup on the end of the mud piston, this can cause the piston to stop “pressure out” before getting to the switch. It dosnt take a lot to cause this issue.

Generally the relay is suspect if you have a yellow signal and then it still does not shift, this can be tested at the relay base.

If you want please e-mail me your unit serial number, I can look up the Electrical schematic to see if there is something in the circuit I might be missing.
