In the first hand it sounds good. I knew a guy who rented a pump from a company which he worked for.

how about dallas/fort worth. what are the hours and miles. how much do you owe on it. what are the payments. who holds the note.

Sounds like somebody got there own pumping and now trying to get rid of it cause they made a big mistake sounds like a lot of businesses trying to hang on in tough times.

As the pump turns,a new series.

Who cares of what the reasons are,a ground floor opertuneity for someone.A sound individual in the right market area could still make it.

Guys look up www.allstarwalls.com  under equipment its a 1999 putz 36 meter with a price tag of 189,000, they are building under the green idea which hasn't  took off yet in these parts, I know first hand cause I'm just North of them in Tennessee, block style homes still rule its a good idea but the builders are using the cheaper products ,the pump was worth that maybe two years ago but not anymore maybe 100,000 now.

Well if I was allstar I wouldn't discuse price or terms either.

The offer was made to an individual (any in the SE).It was an honest offer (or so implied) it the becomes an issue of do/don't.

It's just like the TV one has an option to watch the show or not.Like my good friend of 30+ would say (Bob)

That dog won't hunt

ART is right on I know first hand whem I purchased my 1989 32 Putz a year ago it when for 76,000 ,and I thought it was a good deal but a year later its dropped over 20,000 in value, its listed with someone else I had some bites but in the 50 range my payments are under 1,000.00 but when it sits still which is 99 percent of the time if it wasn't for my line pump I would have lost it by now and when I do use itmost of the jobs are a 100 yards and less to me small jobs pay more that big ones, right now I beleive if someone gave a pump to anybody it would be hard to make it. I don't know ART  but he's shooting straight.

Cut him a little slack fellas, he did'nt post prices and pictures and he stated that he wants to "partner up with someone". He's probably well aware that his pump's going no where at that price So he wants to farm it out to someone who can maybe use it? Sounds like a depression special ?
