Pumpcrete is proud to have the first licensed concrete pump operators in North America and possibly Worldwide. This has been a long process which I have lobbied for, for the past 15 years. It's wonderful that our trade finally has licensed jouneypersons. Licensed by the Ontario College of Trades in Canada |

Boom operators in Australia have been licensed for many years. However, it will not be a blessing but will force up pay demands as licensed operators will have the owners held by the "family jewels" |

I see. I completely misunderstood this earlier post. I also have this ''license'' To be honnest the one i got was a bit of a joke. We had to explain the teacher how it realy worked. I though this post was about it being mandetory nation wide to have a propper education and license to run a pump. Just like it is for running a crane or almost any kind of heavy equipment. But sadly it isn't. |

DIGGER: So anyone that has a mandetory education for his proffesion has his boss by the ''family jewels''? Crane drivers- truck drivers- pilots- firemen- police- dokters- the list goes on for ever... How can any operator with selfrespect be happy about the fact that any dumbass is alowed to drive a pump?
